Come Home · 23 September 2026
One quick step before you book.
Come Home includes more consciously connected breathwork, which is more activating. You'll be guided the whole way and shown a gentler way to breathe so you can take part safely, at your own pace. Before you book, please read and sign this short waiver — it takes a minute and keeps the evening safe for everyone.
Please check with me first if any of these apply
- Pregnancy
- A heart condition or cardiovascular disease
- High blood pressure
- Epilepsy or seizures
- Severe asthma or respiratory issues
- Recent surgery
- A history of severe mental health conditions (such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia)
If any of these apply, please don't book yet — get in touch first and we'll find the right way in for you.
The waiver
Voluntary participation. You take part voluntarily and stay responsible for your own wellbeing throughout.
Health. The more consciously connected breathing is more activating. If anything on the list above applies to you, please speak to me before booking. By signing, you confirm you've read it and shared anything relevant.
Not medical treatment. This isn't medical or psychological treatment, and I'm not a medical professional. Check with your GP if you have concerns.
Assumption of risk. You accept the possible risks — emotional release, physical discomfort — and take responsibility for taking part.
Release of liability. You release David Sidley and The Freedom Framework from liability for any injury, damage or loss arising from taking part.
Touch, sound & partner work. The evening may include headphone music, guided voice, light consensual touch and partner exercises. You can opt out of any of it, at any time.
Sobriety. Please come sober, and tell me about any medication beforehand. Anyone who appears intoxicated may be refused entry without a refund.
Confidentiality & respect. What's shared in the room stays in the room. Please respect everyone's privacy and space.
