Come Home
One evening to put everything down — to breathe, to feel, and to come back to yourself, in a supportive environment of people doing the same.
23 September 2026 · 321 Bradford Street, Digbeth · 6:30–9:30pm · £50
The evening
A homecoming, in a space that's yours.
Come Home is a three-hour guided experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself.
We begin simply. Arriving, orienting to the space and noticing what's already happening in the body. From there we explore breath, movement, nervous system regulation and grounded somatic practices, gradually building the evening as it unfolds.
Some of the experience happens within your own awareness. Some happens alongside others, exploring the ways we regulate, connect and learn through one another. There's nothing to perform and nothing you need to get right.
As the evening deepens, you'll lie back, put on an eye mask and wireless headphones, and let the music, breath and my voice guide you inward. What surfaces is yours to meet. Stress you've been carrying, emotion you haven't had the space to feel, or simply a deep sense of stillness. There is nothing to force. Only an invitation to notice, feel, release or rest.
You can come alone. You can remain entirely within your own process. The people around you simply become part of a safe, grounded environment, the quiet strength of doing this together.
We then take time to land, integrate what you've experienced, and gently reconnect with the room before you leave.
The immersive part
Your own world, inside a shared room.
Everyone wears wireless headphones, so the music and guidance meet you wherever you are, close, clear and completely immersive. It allows you to go deeply into your own experience, while remaining connected to the room around you.

What to expect
How the evening unfolds.
Arrive & settle
Doors open at 6:30. You're welcomed in, find your space and have time to arrive. We'll orient to the room, settle into the body and begin gently. Nothing to prepare and nothing you need to know beforehand.
Explore & journey
We begin with simple breath and nervous system practices, exploring movement, body awareness and connection with others. From there, we work more deeply with the breath before moving into a fully immersive breathwork journey through sound, music and guided voice, with space to feel, release and rest.
Land & integrate
We slow everything back down, giving the body time to settle and the experience time to land. We reconnect with the room before you head back out into the evening.
No experience needed. Everything is guided, and you move at your own pace. Come exactly as you are.
The space

From the room
What people have experienced.
“I was incredibly nervous before my first session, but the moment David greeted me at the door the nerves went. We weren't told what to feel — we were invited to take our own path, and that was so valuable for everyone in the room. I let go of so much that was holding me back.”

“It was our first time doing any breathwork and my sister and I were nervous — but from the very first moment, we felt welcome. The journey was so good. David was warm, reassuring and completely genuine. We can't recommend it enough, and we'll be booking again the moment you're back in our area.”

Good to know
Questions people ask.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Most people come with none. Everything is introduced simply and you'll be guided the whole way through.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely — many people do. You can stay entirely within your own experience. The people around you are simply part of a safe, supportive space.
What if I'm nervous?
That's completely normal, and welcome. You're in control the whole way, nothing is forced, and there's no particular way you're meant to feel.
Is it safe for everyone?
Breathwork comes in many forms. The more consciously connected breathing is more activating, and you'll be shown a gentler way to breathe so you can take part safely. That said, please read the "Good to know" note above — if anything applies to you, get in touch before booking so we can make sure it's right for you.
What do I need to bring?
A yoga mat, a blanket, a water bottle, an eye mask if you have one, and comfortable clothes. Everything else is provided.

Come home.
One evening. Space to breathe, to feel, and to reconnect with yourself.
